He is a founding member and Chairman of the Association for Research into Genocide and the war crimes, founded in Belgrade. For many years he was a collaborator and friend of Vladimir Dedijer, President of the Russell's Tribunal. Dedijer dedicated to Miletić his book :" The Vatican and Jasenovac" and expressed him his "deepest gratitude" for his work on the history of the Jasenovac concentration camp 1941-1945. So far, Antun Miletić has published 24 books, over 60 papers and dozens of articles and serials in daily and weekly press.
